My grandson is 21 months old and loves to dance and make music. This kit has enough instruments that he can invite everyone to his dance music party! They are just the right size for todddlers and easy to use. Great purchase.

Wonderful little ukulele, bought one for a young child, and one for myself, this is not a cheap toy. I have other Enya guitars that are great, and this uke is no exception!The other instruments also have a decent sound, and are much fun, if you are looking for an awesome uke for a child or even a soprano uke for fun I highly recommend this, way to go Enya!!!!!I think this uke is suitable for any age, enjoy!

This product exceeded my expectation for the price! Got it for my niece’s birthday. The package visual looks very nice with a bright yellow color frame, and 2 see-through windows on the 2 sides to show the instruments inside. The ukulele actually sounds very good, and the design is super cute. The melodica is very nice too with good tone. I tested both and had fun with both. The other instruments are not as impressive but are great add-ons, especially for a 3yo who probably will find these a lot more intuitive than the ukulele or melodica. Overall this product exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend it!

The ukulele was surprisingly good quality, annd holds a tune well. The other instruments were a nice plus. I’m happy I got this! The ukulele alone was worth the price of the set.Both the frets and the fretboard are black, which makes it a bit difficult for me to play, although it does have fret markers. But on the other hand it has rocket ships painted on it so from my toddler’s perspective that’s a net win. :)The drum is fun and resonates well. The shakers are only toy quality and difficult to keep a crisp rhythm with.The melodica has a removable plug in the end, without which it will not make any sound. Useful as a “mute button” for frazzled parents!All in all this is a fun little set and great value for the money!

We ordered this for my son for his second birthday and he has been having an absolute blast with all of the parts of it. He's too young to really understand how to play proper music with any of the instruments, but he still enjoys playing around with them which is great for exploring how they work. He likes plucking the strings at different points on the ukulele (and the ukulele does sound pretty nice overall). The melodica has been a favourite once he figured out he had to blow and press a button at the same time. All day today he has been wandering around the house banging on the hand drum and, when he does finally put it down, he starts playing around with the shakers. The house is definitely a lot more noisy since we gave this to him but he loves it.As for the quality of all of the instruments, they all seem pretty good. Obviously they aren't the best of the best, but they all sound nice and feel durable enough for a little kid to play with. Overall a very great product and an awesome gift idea for kids to explore music.

This musical instrument set is nicely packaged and well suited for kids. The instruments are colourful and adorable especially the ukulele. The booklet describes the instruments and its use but would have been nice if it had a few tunes that could be played by the melodica.The craftsmanship and quality are very good especially the ukulele. The ukulele has a bit of weight to it and is a good size for kids. The melodica is mostly plastic but no issues with quality. It is very easy to use even for a beginner. The hand drum works well generating a nice beat. Nothing much to say about the egg shakers except that they work as expected.I am not that musically inclined so I cannot comment on the quality of the music produced but the set has been a hit with my 3 kids. The set allows them to each have an instrument. Once they get started, I cannot get them to stop!Overall, this is an adorable and fun musical set for kids that would make a nice gift as well.

Amazing set for the price! Uke and all of the other instruments sound great, and there are some fun, unique instruments in here.My daughter took a liking to the uke around age 1, and basically took over my uke. I knew she would love the fun characters on this one though, and indeed, she finally gave mine back haha. The size works for my 2yo, and is only slightly smaller than my uke. Got a cute strap, and my daughter absolutely loves her setup!

My kid loves this so much! For the price, you get multiple instruments and the quality is really good. I thought it's going to be cheap quality but when I got it, I was surprise how well built it is. Especially the ukelele and the flute.

If you are worried about it being too small.. my almost 2 year old actually finds it a touch heavy. Which tells you it will be good for a couple years!Its the perfect size and he just loves it!

This is a great package for introducing a young person to music. The ukulele sounds great. I think that Enya should consider changing the name of the package, as I do not see it as a toy but rather an excellent group of products to interest a young person in music. As a teacher of ukulele and guitar, I generally prefer my students to be at least 6 years old. However with this package I think you could introduce the basics of rhythm with the drum and shakers. Next you could begin to teach melody ideas with the melodica, and finally you could teach them to play very basic chords with the ukulele once their hands are ready to push the strings down and combine strumming with chord shapes. I needed to do a little bit of set up work to lower the A string so it's easier to push down and maintains good intonation. But otherwise, it's ready to go out of the box. Very highly recommend as a tool for introducing music to young learners.
