This smaller t-nut is perfect for either plywood or melamine projects. Anytime I am making a shelf unit I have started placing levelers in the bottom that I can later conceal with base molding. It may be over kill but putting a set of shelves in and have them not be perfectly level Will drive me crazy. Levelers are cheap insurance. The 5/16” t-nuts and levelers are just small enough to fit within 23/32”.
