Scrolls are in so many video games and it always seemed cool to have one of my own! I was impressed at the aged details on the paper. They look great and feel really nice to hold. Not quite sure what I plan on doing with them yet but I'm sure I'll figure something out! Either way they look great sitting on a shelf.

This is a great TWELVE FOOT LONG faux-parchment style scroll set, on attractive little wooden rods. The effect is pretty great! The uses are endless, limited only by imagination--- obviously these are great for Santa Claus and holiday "Naught and Nice" lists, but get more creative and you've got props for your gaming group (live action or tabletop), or stage theatre, SCA or RenFaire. Unless historical accuracy and material accuracy is a requirement, these will suit all your needs, across any period or setting or theme!Just keep the size in mind: these are HUGE in length. The company has them half this length (or thereabouts) as well, if you want a less daunting scroll! (Though for theatrics, NOTHING beats dropping the bottom of a 12ft long scroll to the ground and letting it dramatically roll away from you, whether you're dressed as Santa or Satan -- or about to give the Best Man speech at a wedding! -- to get some laughs from your audience as they nervously hope you don't actually have that much written on it!
