These work fantastic. They can be installed by hand or with a cordless drill and the ice anchor attachment. I installed 4 in about 2 min and tied down a c360 shelter in 25+ mph winds and had zero issues at all.

I have a Clam shelter but the anchors that came with it are useless. I ended up buying the Eskimo Ice Anchors to use with the Clam shelter. These work great. They go into the ice easily, regardless of temp or thickness of ice. They especially hold when the wind blowing at over 30 mph.

They work great. Same as the ones the factory sends. But remember that you have to go slow with them and the bed really easy trying to take then out of the tool.
