I just upgraded from my capsule coffee machine to this espresso machine, and cant be happier about it:1. The retro style looks very nice, and the creamy white color is beautiful. Though the body is plastic,, but still it looks metallic and of high quality.2. It comes with a built-in grinder. I haven’t used it yet, but it looks very strong and good quality. The large water tank is another bonus, so I don't need to fill it up frequently.3. The portafilter feels heavy and very good. It also includes 4 cups, very thoughtful!4. I was actually a little hesitant before purchasing because some of the reviews Some reviews said the coffee is not hot enough. But if you preheat the machine with the hot water function, the temperature and pressure would both fall into the green area. The coffee comes out very fast and hot enough, and the crema is so thick and nice. Better than I imagined! The noise is also not loud.5. The steam wand also makes good milk foam. It makes latte and cappuccino easily. Even I tried to make some latte art—it worked well.6. The machine comes with a cleaning set, very considerate. The drip tray is also easy to take out and clean.Overall this budget machine is well worth the price. The only improvement I can think of is the plastic body, but it’s not a deal breaker. I’m very happy with this machine and would recommend it.

It's great.👍The machine is very beautiful and the workmanship is not very beautiful.The grinding of coffee beans is also excellent.The extraction time was quick, and the coffee came out very well, with a strong taste. In fact, it is not worse than many big brands, but the beauty and value for money are very good.

This machine has a professional, almost vintage, appearance that I appreciate. It includes a built-in grinder for storing and grinding fresh beans, which adds convenience to the coffee-making process. Adjusting the grind size is straightforward with a simple knob, and the portafilter and tamper are easy to use when brewing. With control over grind size and extraction, it reliably produces espresso with a satisfactory crema. A notable feature is its ability to brew both single and double shots at the same time, which can be quite practical.Additionally, the steam wand allows for consistent frothing, making it easier to prepare lattes and cappuccinos at home. The inclusion of a pressure relief valve helps ensure a clean brewing process without mess. Overall, it's user-friendly, and the dual heating system keeps hot water ready for use whenever needed.Another positive - cleaning the machine is pretty easy overall. If there are any drawbacks, they are those noted by several other reviewers. First, the temperature could definitely be hotter. I don’t mind since it means I don’t scald my mouth on the first sip – but if I delay drinking my beverage at all, then I need to heat it back up (or use a heating pad). It is also far from quiet, so factor that into your considerations.

I've had this espresso machine less than 2 weeks and the steam function has quit working. When it DID work, it only warmed the milk, did not heat to a froth at all.Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.
