Absolutely amazing shower head for an RV or outdoor shower!The hose, as mentioned, is very stiff at first. Run HOT water through it for a while (Either 20-30 min non stop, or over a few showers after installing it) and this will very quickly improve. After a couple weeks of use, it is no longer stiff/in the way at all.It it mostly plastic, the hose is plastic with a strip of metal or something similar.I was able to mount the included bracket much higher in the RV shower, so it is nearly identical to taking a normal shower. Pressure is good, the multiple stream options work great.

Easy install. I did have to use the hose line included in the unit in order to assure it doesn't leak. It is stiff as other reviews point to, but that is because it is new. The shut off does leak a little bit, but all but one of my previous shower heads from other vendors did as well, including the original that came with the RV. This really does a nice job of increasing the water pressure on 2 of the settings. The other settings work fine too, but offer more volume than pressure. I am happy with this as now my wife can wash the conditioner out of her hair faster. Good product, fixes the issue.

Using in our Forest River MH replacing original head and hose. Install was simple and we love the adjustability of the head. The hose is long, it is plastic & it was stiff when we opened the package. Left it in the sun for a day and it straightened well—looks great in our shower.The “shut off” switch really just slows water to a trickle but it has posed no problem for us.

I've had original oxygenics heads for the past 15 years and was happy with them. This new head is also nice, the original extra pressure spray pattern is one of the 5, though i don't think they're very clear about stating that. The other 4 are like standard patterns from any other multi pattern sprayer without any obvious boost unique to oxygenics. Nice for campground pressure, probably not going to use on pump. The hose included is plastic with some foil twists embedded in it to look like the premium metal flex hoses, but it's definitely not what I'd want in a cramped shower, i don't think it will ever lay flat or flex nicely.

I always try to read every detail of every purchase. I needed to replace my showerhead and had an Oxygenetics before that I loved. This came and it is for an R.V.! I installed it anyway and it is not for a home showerhead. My old one was so bad though and this is better than that so I kept it instead of the whole return process. I wish that in Capitol letters, two times, it would have said: "FOR R.V." I will use it until I can afford to buy another one but it was super easy to install and I will purchase an Oxygenetics showerhead when I replace this. It's okay but does not have a strong enough spray for my liking, even with 5 settings. I realize that it said for an R.V. somewhere but can't the sellers be super clear, especially with an aging population. I hate to admit it but eyesight can be a problem sometimes.

I don't understand all the rave reviews but to each his own. Bought this to upgrade our factory RV shower head. Do not even bother with the included adhesive pad installation option. Tried that first and by the second day it fell down. Then performed the screw installation. However, we opted to use our existing screws because the included screws are huge compared to what the factory used. Have you ever used a screw or nail on an RV and poke through the wall? Yeah, well it happens. As others have indicated, the hose that is included is stiff plastic so we also did not use it but opted for our own metal hose. The shower head does not fit snug in the holder and will be an issue for travel so we will opt to remove it from the holder. The holder is cheap plastic and you tighten it to adjust the stiffness for where you want it to spray. I can imagine over time this will break. The shower head just seems to bulky or heavy for the design of the holder. I do like that you can adjust the water spray type and flow. It slightly increased our water pressure but we saw no indication that it helped the hot water last longer as others seemed to experience. Did not love it enough to buy it again and did not hate it enough to return.

I got this for our 5th Wheel as the original head was getting wonky. The install was a simple take off the old head and put on the new using only pliers. As others said the hose is unusable as it is so stiff. It looks like a typical metal shower hose but it’s not - it’s made of stiff plastic/vinyl with a metal band on the inside to make it look like a metal hose.The head itself is nice. The setting that provides full spray is steady though the flow is not any more powerful than the old one. However on the other settings it produces a much more forceful spray that is nice for an RV.

This handheld shower worked really great when it was working. We used it in an rv and it helped us to conserve water. It was great until on one trip it came out the holder and started to leak. So, we had to replace and we had to find something a bit less "top" heavy that would stay in the holder. If you do buy, consider taking it out or tying it down. When it's working, it works very well.
