If you live near the ocean, then this is a must have shower head. The plastic hose won’t rust, so the look will stay for much longer. Good buy for coastal living.

I installed the Moen shower today, and the installation was super easy. However, the water flow was very low—almost no water was flowing, which is unexpected from Moen. So, I had to replace it with my old one and I am trying to reach Amazon customer service for a refund.

This has been a nice replacement. However, I bought this in April of 2024, less than a year ago. There is a crack in the piece connecting the hose and shower head and water is spirtting out. Isn’t there a warranty????

had this installed by a professional plumber two months ago. it is already leaking and one of the plastic parts is broken. I have been to three stores to replace the part. even went to moen itself the part can not be replaced.

Purchase this handheld shower head to go with my other Moen items in the bathroom. Very disappointed as the flow of water is very little. Not strong enough you can barely feel it. Will go back to my cheap one where I feel like I am taking a shower. Do not recommend.

Our daughter absolutely loves this shower head and all of the settings. We like it even better than another moen shower head we bought for our master bath that was twice the cost. The hose is a hard, very non-flexible hose. We simply threw that away and bought the flexible, metal hose in oil rubbed bronze separately and it works great. We highly recommend this for quality and great setting with great water pressure.

I got this to replace and install my mom’s old showehead. We had to pick Chrome to match or other ones would have been just as good. We really like Moen for its lifetime manufacture warranty. Since I already have a different style and set up shower head, she liked this one for a larger size that doesn’t look awkward for any regular shower/tub. I was able to install it easily. There are no real instructions but YouTube has great video for this exact model! No real tools needed to put together is great! She has amazing water pressure now. The only thing is she doesn’t see much of a difference in the settings but that wasn’t her priority. Very happy with this product!
