We have a German Shepherd and needed a vacuum with dust bin. Bought this during Amazon's July sale and have been very happy with it. It's not too loud and cleans well. The brush detangling and clean-out into the bin is very loud, but I have no comparison to other robots. App is easy to use and flexible to map rooms, exclusion zones, etc. We usually just let it go a couple times a week and change out the dust bag when it tells us to.

It made it 3 years and brush motor died. Eufy continues to improve and I replaced with new eufy. They did answer all my issues. I find them reputable.

This is by far the easiest botvac to maintain we've had. It's far superior in getting the pet hair as well. Weekly cleaning of the botvac and about monthly cleaning of the base. Way better than the previous shark we had.

Packaging had been opened. Parts loose inside. Repeated alerts that lid wasn't closed. Called Eufy/Anker. Was told referred to Engineering and I would receive an email. Never arrived. Amazon was very good handling the return and credit provided. 1 star Amazon 0 Eufy.

Since buying this refurbed unit here are my thoughts: The dual motors are great for carpets but they do eat the battery up quicker, not an issue for my single floor in a 2000 sq ft home. The anti tangle thing works well, I don't have to pull hair off the roller. The SES (self emptying station) uses bags so I wind up pulling dog hair out of the bag and reusing to save money. No way you will get 45 days if you have a shedding pet like my black lab. It does a good job, it does occasionally leave some hair behind but typically will get it on another pass. Overall, I'm happy with this for pet hair if we didn't have it I hate to think what we would be walking on and not even realize it... Refurbed unit is great, I'd have no issues recommending to a new buyer, save yourself $300! My old shark is now upstairs where the dog can't go and Eufy does the heavy lifting downstairs. Do buy yourself replacement side brushes, bags, and filters as eventually you will need them.

How did I live without this thing?? I never thought I'd buy a robot vacuum, but I am so glad I decided to give it a shot! I developed a dog allergy and couldn't keep up with the amount of cleaning needed to keep the German Shepherd's fur at an allergy-friendly level. This has been a game changer!!!!The Eufy is so simple and easy to use. I love that it both vacuums and mops at the same time. I use a non-toxic DIY mopping solution I found on the Eufy website (water, vinegar, essential oil) and it works great! I've had no issues with battery life. It will charge itself and continue cleaning if it gets too low, so battery really isn't an issue, but it’s never had to use this feature yet. It always gets it done on one charge so far. The stability seems great. It goes over transition molding, carpeting, etc with getting stuck or flipping over. The value for the money is great, especially if you can get it when Amazon had a sale or coupon.

Honestly. I'm not a reviewer and I have owned three previous roombas. This is my second with a dock. I have been running this roomba daily for about 8 days straight and it has not failed to deliver. It hasn't broken down once in a household with two heavy shedding huskies. The other models I got Eufy 15c and eufy 30g hybrid all broke down pretty frequently due to pet hair. That is not the case for this little guy. He's able to attack the ground fur that lies around the house which makes vacuuming the rest so much easier. For my use case, 3 bedroom 1 story house, the eufy s8 pro knocks it out of the park.
