It's a decent little cabinet, no major hassles in assembly. But what folks really need to know about this damn thing is that it doesn't take standard suspension files in either Foolscap OR A4 size - it's too small for both, with barely 300mm gap between the rails. To get files that will actually fit, the magic combination of words I apparently needed was "letter size" and "hanging folder".These exist, but are not available at any local Australian office supplies outlet I could find, nor did googling for information about "suspension file" sizes produce any information about this mysterious third option, because apparently the fact "hanging folder" and "suspension file" are synonyms is still unknown to search engines (ebay does stock some "letter size" "suspension files", but you'll get more results for "hanging folders"). So I'm leaving this review in the hope I can at least save someone else the hassle of having to figure this all out the hard way.Why manufacturers can't just tell you up front what size hangspension filders you need in their product info page I will never know...

I bought two of these. Assembled the first and it worked about 85% of as well as I'd hoped. Door slides on the top drawer were a bit sticky - but I felt I could make do.But when I made the second the top drawer slides won't slide at all. It was terribly frustrating. I sent 2 hours building other of these for only 1 to work. To get a replacement I had to send back a completely made file cabinet.In retrospect I wish I had chosen a different item.

I needed a rolling file cabinet with a drawer to slide under my desk. This is the perfect size—being under 24 inches tall. I was eager to put it together when it came and must say that it was maybe the easiest assembly ever. All the pieces were clearly labeled, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the box even included a nice Phillips-head screwdriver (which I now keep in my kitchen junk drawer). The cabinet rolls smoothly on its casters and is very sturdy once assembled.

I love the drawer it's very nice and matches the desks I purchased with them perfectly. I ordered two of these but had a piece with a crack. I attempted to contact customer service by phone but no answers they just want you to leave a message but no one calls back. I sent an email and once I got a response they were very helpful. They sent sent the replacement piece and helped me with some other questions I had regarding the desk. The items are worth the purchase and I love my new office.

So my Bob the Builder hubby that takes forever to assemble anything, complains about directions, takes hours to execute even the best directions INSISTED I write a review. Stunned with the exceptional directions! He said it was perfect, easy, and from both our perspectives this is a heavy duty, excellent quality rolling drawer. It clears perfectly under our desk with the wheels on.

It was inconvenient to find out that there were missing parts when trying to assemble. Called Amazon (which I had to search the internet to find their number since they seem to have removed the customer service callback feature. After speaking with Amazon I got no help but was able to get a hold of the manufacturer and they said that they would mail me the missing parts. Product looks good once put together but the time / effort to put it together VS. the price I would not suggest it. On a lighter note the manufacturer customer service was pleasant but getting the parts to me took some time.

I purchase the walnut color which I think looks better then the rustic brown.This is not my only rolling file cabinet purchase in the last 5 days. The first was garbage but it was also about half the price as this one and I can see why. The build quality on this product is much better. The particleboard is much better. Some of the screw holes even had metal or plastic to prevent blowout, which happen when assembling the other one. Therefore I had to return that one.When the package came it was in better shape. When I took out the parts I could see the better build quality. When it came to assemble it has few step which I appreciated even though I am good with DIY furniture. The product has a better assemble manual, better hardware, and even came with a nice magnetic screwdriver.I was in the market for the a rolling file cabinet as I recently change desk which has no storage, but that was to be expected for the desk I bought. I want a 2 drawer cabinet so I could have one for office supplies and another for personal files as I work from home. I know what kind of 2 drawer cabinet I wanted as I had already did my research. I needed a shelf for papers which I could quickly access all the time and I didn't want to clutter the top with papers. So this product didn't pop at first and not having a shelf was a deal breaker. However when I had to search again for a new rolling file cabinet this pop up in my search and while it had no dedicated shelf I saw it had a side pocket which is perfect for holding my daily papers and even an inner pocket for pens and pencils. I know it has no lock for the file drawer which may be a deal breaker for some but not for me.I know that minimalistic look is very in right now and this product is perfect to compliment that in your home office. I know you could go to a furniture store when you can spend 100's of dollars and get a solid wood file cabinet that would last a lifetime. However the price of this I think it will a long time. So if you are looking for a rolling file cabinet I would definitely purchase this.

Forgive me if I write that is not correct grammatically. English is not my native language. I received the cabinet brand new with no damage. I was afraid because I read here a review about an unsuccessful purchase. I am satisfied with the purchase. There is a video tutorial on the site on how to assemble it. everything is very simple. Maybe my review will help someone. In my opinion the purchase is worth the money. I'm going to buy another one for my wife.
