Love how light weight and easy to transport this is. The charge allows me to finish an entire floor in house so quickly. No unplugging and moving cords. Does not hold a charge for extremely long but perfect to finish a floor. Great suction power, easy to clean. Prefer it over my traditional more expensive vacuum with a cord.

1. Assembly/Unboxing - There is assembly required which was fairly simple, just follow the directions. Mine came with a 50% charge.2. Suction Power/Surface Performance - In order to get tougher/heavier things up you *must* have this on full speed and even then you're going to have to get pretty close to the debris. It's not very strong even at its strongest but it works with a little elbow grease. Works well on hard surfaces. I have a rug with longer rug hair on it and it was unusable on this due to the hairs getting stuck lol.3. Charging Speed/Uptime - I am pretty disappointed with this part of the product. At 100% you will be lucky if it lasts 30 minutes on medium speed. Higher speeds absolutely drain this thing, but in order to get anything it's gotta be on level 2 or 3(highest). This thing takes forever to charge! I mean I have it plugged directly into the outlet and it takes multiple hours to charge! It's taken 2hr 30 minutes so far just to get back to 45% from 5%!Size/Weight - Very light weight. I'm 6'4 and it's a bit short for me as it comes to my hips or slightly above.Misc.- The light on the vacuum head is so helpful and bright, I really enjoy the light. The vacuum head also maneuvers very well and has a weight to the vacuum head which is good. It doesn't feel like it will fly out of my hand. The vacuum attachments connect well but the storage device it comes with does not hold the vacuum heads well at all, they fall off at the slightest movement of the storage device for me. It's a cute vacuum; however, the price is definitely too much, in my opinion. I feel this is worth around 79-100 dollars. But I'm not the best when it comes to determining monetary value. But over 100 is definitely not worth it.

This vacuum is amazing! It got a powerful motor that delivers impressive suction, capable of picking up fine dust and larger debris with ease. It also comes with head attachment that can be convert into a handheld vacuum for cleaning furniture, stairs, and car interiors. The design is sleek and modern, with high-quality materials that feel durable and robust. The only thing that can be improved is the battery life. I wish it can last longer cuz I need to recharge after every use.

I have a pet bird who loves nothing so much as she loves scattering seeds and shedding those tiny fluffy feathers. I was getting up the big vacuum every morning to take care of the mess. I got a cordless vac specifically to deal with that and it does a fantastic job on the wood floors. Three minutes and I am done. It is easy to recharge and store. It comes with a wall unit you can use for hanging. The vac does not do well on carpets and you would definitely not want this as your only resource if you have carpet. I also wish that it would stand up on it's own but it does not so I have to lean it against something if I need to stop mid job. For this reason I have it a four star instead of a five.....but for what I need it for, it is great.

First off, this is really a great vacuum! Easy to use and clean. It's light weight and very maneuverable. Why did I rate it one star if it's so great?NO SPARE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE ANYWHERE!!!I contacted Eureka directly about obtaining an extra battery, an extra HEPA filter, and an extra cotton filter. I have all of these part numbers from the owner's manual. After several back-and-forth e-mails with Eureka, I was told that this model, NEC370GN, was too new of a model and no parts are available.Say what? What company sells a product such as this with ZERO support? Eureka!!!I was told that if I needed parts that I should contact a company called Encompass. I'm familiar with this company and have purchased from them in the past. Ok, I get on their website and send them a message telling them what I have and what I need. I supplied all the numbers that they need to ID the vac and the parts.Encompass tells me via e-mail that they need more info to 'research' the product. They need me to send a pic of the tag that includes the model number and the serial number. Huh? I gave them all those numbers along with the part numbers that I need. Do they not believe me? Do they not think that I gave them the right numbers? What a pain. Had I known this I wouldn't have purchased a Eureka vac at all.
