The fabric is soft, stretchy, and breathable, which made it much more comfortable than other shapewear I’ve tried. The adjustable hooks are a key feature. Some days I need a little more support, and other days I prefer a more relaxed fit. Being able to customize the fit each time is something I haven’t found in many other products.

I was out of shape after having my baby and my stomach was flabby, so I ordered this waist trainer for improvement. When it first arrived, I was a bit worried about the sizing. Luckily, the size I picked fit me perfectly. It's so stretchy that I don't feel like I'm being constricted and out of breath at all. Another great feature is that it has adjustable hooks. As my body is gradually recovering and my waistline is getting smaller, with this adjustment function, I can easily adjust the tightness to fit my body shape at any time. It provides good abdominal support and encourages me to straighten my back. Thanks to this waist trainer, I can now fit into my favorite dresses again.

Im using this more for back support and posture but for those using this for their waist trainers DO NOT permanently alter your waist, the effects are extremely short term unless actively wearing it. This product does not make you thinner, but it helps with lowering appetite by compressing your lower ribs where your stomach is located. This is not a good product if you weigh too much as this works best if it can sit against your bone structure, like your hip bone and rib cage, and will most likely not be easily hidden under clothes as it will be unable to sit firmly against anything and may also cause chaffing.

This waist trainer really helps! I needed extra help after having a C-section, and this gives it to me. It makes me feel good to wear all day and helps my balance a lot. Love how it makes my stomach look better under clothes; it gives me a lot of confidence.The fabric lets air flow through it and doesn't roll up when I move. As my body changes, it's easy to put on and take off.

Okay, so I just got this thing, and I've been wearing it for a few hours. First impressions? It's...okay. It definitely sucks you in, which is what I was hoping for. I like that it has the three rows of hooks, so I can adjust it as needed. I'm a bit worried about the boning, though. I can feel them, and I'm not sure how comfortable they'll be after a full day. The material is fine, not itchy or anything. It does what it says, I guess. I'll update this review if anything changes.

Unfortunately I have to seek help from this waist trainer to remodel my body shape. But the good news is it works very well and it's not as uncomfortable as I imagined. It's super elastic and stretchy. Sine it's wide, the compression is distributed across the entire belly and abdomen area. So I don't feel being squeezed at all. It also helps keep my back straight, which in turn makes shapes the overall body curve. I can't wear many of my favorite outfits without it. The material is soft and breathable. It doesn't make me sweat in normal conditions. It's invisibly from the outside when covered by my dress.

This waist shaper is perfect for me after having my baby. It holds everything in place without feeling restrictive and has just the right amount of compression. The quality is great, the material is soft and breathable, and it doesn’t roll down or dig into my skin. I never thought I would wear one of these, but this waist trainer is so helpful with so many different things. It gives me good back support and encourages me to sit straighter and use my core muscles. It gives me good tummy support and relieves some of the postpartum issues there. It also makes my clothes fit better, and gives me a sleeker appearance. It is fully adjustable, and stretchy, and surprisingly does not make me sweat or itch.
