I love these waist trainers they are comfortable and the price is great. I have been was training for eight or nine years I believe in garments for the body they help mold and keep your shape. And also with some discipline help control your weight. I am 70 years old. No one believes that they think I’m about 50 because I love me❤️

Same advise. Go one size above your normal size. What life about this trimmer is instead of using the hooks you can use the zipper get the same result. Multi use. Love it

You have to be prepared to be shaped out and tight. I got it since I’ve heard it’s good to use after c section and I waited about two months to get it. It is tight and really shaped me out. I’ve only wore twice but it will take a bit to get used to.

This item has potential but they sent me a used garment. The compression is great and I love the outer zipper for added support. But GROSS. Inspect returns before sending them back out to buyers.

I really like the look and feel of this waist trainer! I’m already small (size XS and 25 inch waist) so it’s hard for me to find a trainer that isn’t too big for me. This fits like a glove really helps me to stand up straight and feel held together. The hooks along with the outer zipper make sure it’s a snug fit and would hide well under clothing. It does tend to make the skin above it bunch up on my back, but I don’t mind. This trainer adds more bulk to me than when I’m without it- I measured a 27 inch waist with it on rather than my actual smaller size. I’m using it for back support and hopefully to aid in compression to tighten some loose skin I have now after having had a baby. Also, it doesn’t flair out on the bottom like others I’ve tried. I highly recommend it.
