It tucks in everything. It’s not uncomfortable in my back even though I have a small torso. The first day I wore it for 2 hours only cause I’m not used to it, in the second day I add another hour. I recommend eat something light while wearing it. Tomorrow it will be my third day so i will see how it goes 😌

Es funcional. Leí las recomendaciones de usar una talla más arriba pero a mí no me funcionó. Adquirí talla small y no me ajustó, es grande. La cambiaré a la XS. Soy petit, mi cintura es 25" y peso 115 libras. Tomen en cuenta que trae tres extensiones para agrandar de talla y me supongo que con el uso se estira.

Esta faja hace el trabajo muy bien en el abdomen pero también me marca un rollo en pasarte superior de la espalda. Pedí un L pero tal vez debería haber pedido una XL.

For several years, I've tried every waist trainer on the market, including post surgery garments in hopes of training my waist, and to give that corset/small waist appearance --- all in one. FINALLY, i found it! At first I was hesitant about this item, but when I studied the design and how it has THREE components. each designed to contour to the specific area of your body (we all know that most women are not straight up and down) so that the top part of your stomach may be tightened on the second row of the garment, and the lower ab/stomach area tightened on the third row. Not to mention it comes with three extra attachments so as you don't have to keep starting out with a medium and then later waste money and order a small as you lose the inches. The 3 extra adjustments do that for you, and SAVE YOU MONEY! This is a STEAL OF A PRICE. I'm buying two more...the black and tan JUST IN CASE THEY STOP MANUFACTURING THIS PRODUCT, I'll have extra's on standby. Seriously, this is a sleeper! Buy it!
