This is a good waist shaper but after a few times wearing it, it loses it’s shape and the post in the back breaks and it’s uncomfortable to wear and digs in your skin, but when u first buy it , it holds u in perfectly

I have purchased this waist trainer 6 times. I started with a XL and I’m now I’m a Medium so yes they work with diet and exercise it’s very comfortable and manageable. The only thing is it rips fast like within the first 30-40 days and I’m unsure why. The last time in purchased I returned it not sure if I will buy again

i would consider this to be an aggressive latex waist trainer. perfect for everyday wear however its very tight and not good to wear when working out. i would say its ok if you are lifting because it does give the back support but doesn't give the flexibility you need for cardio. do measure yourself because that will give you the accurate sizing, don't be alarmed when it says xxl and you typically wear a size 12 jean. this waist trainer DOES NOT STRETCH like other do because it is latex.

Love this product, I wear it to work a lot and it really does a great job sucking in my belly when I know I haven’t been exercising or eating well. It is true to size, I’m a size 6/8 and I ordered a small because I have already been waist training, so someone with the same size as me should probably go for a medium if they have never trained before. I recommend this product.

I'm sure this would be a great waist trainer for a beginner who is not use to being compressed but for me it felt a little big. I was slightly disappointed when I tried it on for the first time and realized I felt the same on the third set of hooks as I did on the first however I couldn't be too sad because of the amazing quality and the price. I do use this occasionally when I sleep because it give me a little more movement and it being less restrictive makes me feel comfortable sleeping in it.

Product was delivered on time. Arrived with no damage. The size "Large" fits as expected. I weigh 140 lb. 5'.0" tallI had to take my time hooking it on (took nearly 10 minutes). Been wearing the waist trainer for two weeks. I'm just on the first row of hooks. It fits quite snugly, but is not uncomfortable. I go about my daily routine at the gym and doing my housework. Great product. Will order again.
