Fitting doesnt match the description. Smaller than what it claims 👎

First of all, I never write reviews, but I really felt compelled to this time because I could see this inexpensive product being downright transformative for many people (and clearly already is!). For the record I am slim, short, and not really in good shape- 110lbs, lacking in the bum department, with a 25" waist on the best of days. While my waist is smallish...without a lovely rear, and being a bit busty, I can easily look top heavy, awkward, and surprisingly boxy, unless I accentuate my waist, which is difficult because I suffer from a lot of bloating issues- making my lower abdomen protrude to a really uncomfortable and obvious extent. Wearing high waisted clothes looks nice from some angles, but also makes my lower stomach look really bubbly....and I feel -very- uncomfortable.I bought this product on a super compulsive whim, feeling really down and uncomfortable heading into the summer after a long winter of doing anything but working out or toning up. I ordered an XXS, because I'm a small jean size (1), but in retrospect could have (and should have) ordered an XS. While waiting for delivery, I read reviews and people's sizing recommendations, became a down hearted, and wasn't expecting much...in fact not expecting it to fit at all, sending it back, and feeling worse.I received the product today and I am -completely- impressed. While it was a -struggle- to put onto the largest setting (I had to bind my breasts to even see what I was doing!) I did, indeed, manage to get it on. I could, however, certainly see that I was really straining a few of the hook and eye's, BUT I got it on....and wow.First of all, very comfortable, like super nice and tight hug, with no breathing issues. This is very important to me because I am SO sick of feeling uncomfortable. And secondly, spectacular results. Heaven sent. Flat stomach, cinched 23" waist, and with my hips accentuated, I no longer look top heavy and my rear looks far more defined.I tried on many of my standard, go to/feel good (hopefully) outfits, and they now look amazing. I tried on outfits I have bought and never wore, were going to give away because they never looked right, and every single one of them looked amazing. You could not see it under any of my clothes, but I could see if you are wearing something really light and clingy, it showing up. Thick and very clingy, not one bit.I can't say enough good things about this product. I'm so impressed and it will absolutely change my summer, greatly enhance my self confidence, and all around make me feel so so good.Also, last but not least, seeing myself, actually seeing ME looking like I am in shape (which I am not) is hugely inspirational to start working out and taking better care of my body. Looking at celebrities or models (who are probably ALL wearing something like this when not in -photoshopped- bikini pictures) does not, and has not inspired me to workout because the goal seems unobtainable. Seeing MYSELF in the mirror, albeit unnaturally slimmed, is both exciting and inspirational. If you bought the wrong size, please don't lose hope! Please return and just get another! If this particular product doesn't work, find one that does, I really think it'll be worth it! For me, it's more than perfect. I'm really happy.

I am 5-foot-7, 175 lbs, with a 36-inch waist, and purchased a size medium. (I bought the product before noticing the size chart and prior to measuring myself. This is also my first time purchasing and wearing a corset or waist trainer, so I am surprised at how lucky I was with my guessing of sizing.)I just received my corset and it fits so snug! Even though it is supposed to be too small for me according to the sizing chart in the last picture, the corset doesn't hurt at all and it's not uncomfortable so far. It stretches, so it doesn't restrict chest expansion completely like a solid corset, allowing for comfortable breathing. I've had it on for about 2 hours now and I've eaten in it and I still feel great, considering this is my first experience with a corset. I really like how secure the corset is with the clips. The first time I tried it on, I had a bit of a difficult time with it, having never dealt more than two clips at a time, but I was able to redo it in under a minute by the second time of putting it on.I struggle with slouching and it seems like it will support my back very well in the long run. I'm sure my posture will improve a lot as I wear it more and more. I had bought this corset for waist-training originally, but I think it may be a bit too tight to sleep in. I think I will buy another of these in maybe a large or XL for that purpose.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. I would definitely recommend this corset to friends interested in seriously waist-training or for just a corset to wear here and there for shaping or even back brace purposes.Update:It has been nearly two weeks and the corset gets more and more comfortable every time I wear it. I am able to wear it all day now and it provides great back support for me, which helps keep me a lot more energized and alert throughout the day.A downside is that it is not very breathable. The material is thick, so if it is hot out or if you exercise with it, you WILL sweat a lot under it. This means having to wash it pretty often, especially if waist-training or using it for exercise. I would recommend hand washing and air drying the corset in order to preserve it longer. If you choose to machine-wash it, try not to put in in a dryer at all and let it air dry, or if you really cannot air dry it yourself or need it dried fairly quickly, you can put it on the air dry or delicates setting in the dryer, but try to do this sparingly.

OK- I know there are a lot of reviews about this corset and I was really hesitant to purchase this because of the mixed reviews. I will attempt to give more information.I bought this because I wanted something to support my back and tuck in my love handles for some dresses I wanted to wear. I wanted something that didn't show too much under my clothing as well. I am 5'6 and weigh 225lbs and got the 4X. I am thick. After reading the reviews I went with a 4x and I have to wear this on the biggest clips but I think it fits me perfectly! I love the material on the outside, it's sort of like wetsuit material but not sticky. It makes everything nice and smooth. The inside material is really soft and comfy and I don't think it will be too hot. The bottom comes right down to the top of my underwear and right below my bra line which is perfect. Getting it on is a pain in the BUTT but I think that is pretty normal for all shapewear. Here is a hint for quickly putting it on. Start with the bottom latch and then work your way up one at a time. I usually pull it up to right under my ribcage to latch them and pull it down as I get higher up. works like a charm.Ok the first picture is a picture before I have the corset on and then with it on my tummy. then I have the corset on so you can see what it looks like under clothes as well as a pic of just me in the corset. It hides really nicely in the front but you can see the top of it under my dress in the back. It's not that big of a deal though and the dress is really tight so I doubt it would show on something loose. I hope this helps but feel free to message me if you have any other questions.
