I got a size smaller than I needed but it still works wonderfully. I used one years ago everyday and it really does give you an hourglass shape

This is not a true waste trainer. Waist trainers with this much Velcro will not actually work in minimizing or changing the shape of your waist. The waist trainer needs to have more structure than this offers. I returned for a full refund.

I am liking, and happy so far with my purchase. I just received today. It’s a perfect fit. I feel a size L would give me a little room, but I will hopefully be closing some inches soon and this size M will loosen some. I weigh about 163, and the size M is snug but not too tight, and I’m 5’4. It’s a great buy.

I used this for waist training and support. Does the job. I found that I needed to wear a tank top under it to prevent irritation from the Velcro, but that’s true of all of these for me.

So i ve been waist training to go to the gym for years and used high quality expensive trainers like luxx curves and one on one paying 50 to 70 bucks each time. I would say this one is the dupe of the one on one by Michelle Lewin. I was hesitant but decided to order this one after reading review. I was not disappointed!!!!. This trainer has great Materials, comfort and it snatches your waist. If you are a shirt torso girl this is it! Believe me I have used many different ones and this one get the job done!

I'm 5'7/ 225lbs and got L. I have a long back and it fits me good. I use it instead of a lifting belt at the gym for support. With the adjusting straps I get it tighter the heavier I go on squats. Very good and sturdy. Have washed it once in washing machine with no issues.

I got this product to work out in. I do love it. It’s very comfortable and strong. It didn’t burst open when I was working out. It’s nice and thick so I sweat a lot when I work out and that’s what I wanted. It’s not stretchy at all though. I thought it may have had a little stretch for when I try to tighten it around me but it’s fine. I use it all the time. The blue is really nice!

Is people are over weight, this product is no for us. Only for thin people, they don't need that waist.

I can not believe what came ... that girdle is not the same as the photo came a girdle so thin that it is like a fabric. terrible quality the thin garter. I can't believe they sent that .. I previously bought a .YIANNA corset And it has no resemblance to the one that came to me now .. what a disappointment

I couldn’t wait for this waist trainer to arrive (1 day earlier than they said), and wow was I disappointed. It was so small that there was a 3½ inch gap at the top under the bust and an 11½ inch gap at the bottom (upper hip). So I’m going to write what I would have liked to have known when trying to decide which size to choose.The garment itself measures 26 inches across the top, 25 inches at the waist, and 31 inches at the bottom at what I’d call mid-hip (I’m 5’6”). These measurements are from the hook on the right side to the first (loosest) eye on the left side. And it is 12 inches long from the top to the bottom, center front.NOTE: there is virtually NO STRETCH in the fabric at all, so measure very carefully, because if you’re even an inch off, the chances of being able to stretch it to close are very low.I’m going to send it back and get it in a large, because I love the leopard print and was planning to sometimes wear it over a top. The fabric is of good quality, it is very well-made and appears to be sturdy.I also ordered the Lover-Beauty corset with the 25 steel bones and 3 rows of hooks, and while it took some doing, am wearing it right now on the most outside (loosest) row. Interestingly enough, the measurements for this one are 26 inches at the top, 25 inches at the waist, 31 inches at the bottom, and it’s 11¼ inches long. So as you can see, it measures 5 inches LESS at the top and the waist, and 7 inches less at the bottom than the Yianna. And even thought the length top to bottom is half an inch shorter than the Yianna, it completely covers the tummy down to the pubic bone and reaches all the way down to the lower hip on the sides and in the back. Go figure.Obviously the fabric stretches and I’m surprised at how comfortable it is, even though it’s tight. I think I’ll try sleeping in it tonight.I hope you find this helpful. Will write another review when I get the larger size in the leopard corset.
