The item is pictured with an oil mist filter but does not come with said item. Great pump just don't like how it's misrepresented in the advertisement.Also UPS smashed the package quite badly. I was initially concerned that the pump exhaust had fallen out but after checking the documentation in the box it does not come with such an exhaust filter.If this were more clearly stated it would not be the issue that is and I would've bought one at the same time. Right now I have more lost time to deal with because i can't safely run the pump in a small area without exhaust filter.

High volume and strong.Drawbacks: as an oil based pump, when working with vacuum ovens to purge excess water/ethanol off of extract...No one mentions the need to use an inline cold trap to prevent contamination of the oil, which also fouls the exhaust oil filter and the added bonus of reducing the capabilities of the pump (to the point of pump failure).If working with ethanol and water: Get an inline cold trap and have regular oil changes.There. Now someone said it.
