I use masking tape for a number of different crafts. This one is perfect because it can be locked down on the bench for single hand use but can also be moved to a different place very easily. Exactly what I was looking for.

This clamps to my work table perfectly and holds 3 rolls of 1" wide tape. I use it for hobbies and have I roll each of Scotch Clear, 3M Masking, and Painters Frogtape. Takes up less space than 3 separate holders and works great.

I was able to fit 2 rolls, a 1.5 and a 2 incher. The cutter is really sharp and cuts very cleanly! I like that there is a blade cover although I have not remembered to use it yet. It has rubber feet and I have been able to use it without the clamp but good to have the option. I don't know why I have such wide tape and will scale back in the future but I love that this dispenser can fit them and cut perfectly too!
