The product actually slows down the packing process, As the tape is to be pasted with the help of 2 rollers. Not useful if lot of boxes are to be packed. Cant be used in commercial environments.

Much better than the plastic ones. this one is metal and heavy duty. easy to put a new roll in place. The only negative I have is it doesn't hold the tape from going back onto the roll very well. Four rollers to hold the tape instead of the two to hold the tape from the roll would have made it even better.

This tape is awful. The dispenser is good but don't buy the tape it does not stay on the box, waste of money and I couldn't not return for a refund.

I have honestly never used this type of device or tape before. I run a small antiques and vintage online business and I ship out multiple boxes every day. This tape went on like butter and was so sturdy. I didn't even have to think about adding another piece of tape for extra security. It's stuck so well and I am truly impressed. I guess if I had to change one thing it would be to come up with a way to keep the tape on when the handle lifts up. Sometimes when I pick it up I find the tape falls out and they're may just be something that I am not doing correctly, but it's loose enough on the center that could just fall right out. That doesn't happen when you're using it because you have a grip on it. It cuts very easily and makes for a very nice and professional looking box. I will definitely look into using this going forward. I'm so glad that I got to try it and know that it is a good solution. Anything that makes my job easier and makes me work more efficiently is wonderful.

Just used this product to get holiday gift boxes ready for shipping. Love how the dispenser worked… super easy. But as the boxes sat for a couple of hours, I started noticing that several of the tape strips were lifting up. HORRIBLE!!! This would have been a disaster if I had hurried them off for shipping.
