These are really conveniently sized and perfectly good hangers for working with those rubber dampers and welding to the exhaust and/or the chassis of your vehicle. The flare on the short end makes it so the rubber damper cant accidentally slide off. One thing to be aware of if you're planning to do any welding - these are NOT stainless....the low carbon steel is plated with zinc, which will vapor off some toxic stuff while being welded. Not a big deal as long as you're aware of it and planning for it.

These are good quality, strong hanger rods that will do the job nicely! They fit the rubber isolator/hangers I bought, not too tight, not too loose. And these are quite long, so you have lots of length to work with. I really appreciate that!
