The Extech Manometer is a very accurate manometer. It can be calibrated to standards (we do ours once every year, but it's never off much at all). And it has high precision. Here are its units and precison:mBar (ones place)kg/cm^2 (thousandths place)mmHg (ones place)mH2O (hundredths place)atm (thousandths place)PSI (hundreths place)inHg (hundredths place)inches H2O (tenths place)The unit is durable. I've dropped mine dozens of times and have had water and non-corrosive chemicals dropped all over it. I've used it to measure air pressures and fluid pressures while contacting the fluids without any problems. If you're looking for a heavy duty manometer, this isn't a bad choice.Note: This should not be used with liquids. It worked with fluids for years, but eventually died because of fluids. If it's an occasional use, I bet you could get away with it, though.
