Item is just right for easy opening and closing of reception windows. Better for the staff as now they do not have lean over and reach as much.

This works exactly as described. There is a "Welcome" sticker to place on the opposite side of the glass, which is a really nice touch.If you use it on a double-paned window, you will need a larger sticker of some sort to cover the adhesive you can see through the other side. A larger sticker option would be the perfect fix for this. The double-paned window just lends itself to this problem, it's definitely not a manufacturer issue!Overall, we are very pleased with the performance of the handle!

I purchased the 3 inch Extension Handle for one our front desk receptionists since our counter-top was just too wide to reach across to comfortably open the window. It has held up exceptionally well over the last two years and has never fallen off or needed to be reapplied. I am extremely pleased with this purchase, and would recommend the product.

My front office staff were struggling to maneuver the sliding windows - these handles are amazing! Light weight, strong, and perfectly designed. I purchased three more for our other reception stations and have had several folks ask where I got them.
