You will need a pop rivets gun for a large rivet for it to go in the ladder rung. Make sure yiu get the right diameter rivet gun attachment and the right size rope to fit the pulley wheel. I bought mine here on Amazon.

I used this to relace a broken pully assembly on a Keller fiberglas extension ladder. It fits but it contains a pop rivit instead of a screw which is a problem in that I v=cannot find my pop rivit gun.

La poulie et le support sont d'excellente qualité. Par contre la noix pour le boulon était supposée être une noix de verrouillage. C'était une noix régulière que j'ai remplacé moi-même par une noix de verrouillage. Merci!
