E-Z Sonic ultrasonic threaded inserts for plastic are durable enough for the toughest environments and versatile enough to meet the needs of any application with superior torque and pull-out resistance. The brass thread inserts are designed for putting standard machine threads in 3D printed and thermoplastic parts. Install these metal thread inserts ultrasonically or with a heat driver. Available in straight threaded inserts in flush or flanged configuration and tapered threaded inserts in single and double vane.

When set into pla or petg these are strong and hold up well to abuse. Threads work well.

Nothing out of the ordinary for this. Just grab a soldering iron and you can press it into almost any plastic 3d print you have.

I needed about 1/2 this amount but this was a better deal and I don't have to worry about not having any (if I can find them) I used some glue to make sure they were secured and they are holding well. It would have been nice if they were in a Ziploc bag or container.

I didnt like the large flange up top or how long these where, it would be nice if you where designing for the better and bigger profile but when trying to use them in standard pockets you may have some trouble.
