This did the job and hopefully will survive in my tank. The previous one ended up with holes in the screen from rubbing on protrusions on the tank bottom. The holes combined with sand in the tank (this was a very used and abused truck when I purchased it) allowed grit to get to the fuel pump, which then gradually reduced the pump pressure until the fuel injection wouldn't work. With the tank now cleaned and a new screen, pump, and inline filter, this truck should have some more good years. Also, I really tried to orient this screen to avoid the bumps in the tank bottom.
