Très déçu par mon achat, j’ai connecté le flash à mon appareil photo, mais il ne marche pas. Il ne s’allume pas du tout. J’attends que le vendeur m’envoie une étiquette de retour pour pouvoir le renvoyer.

This compact flash is a budget-friendly option for those seeking additional lighting for their photography. While it may not have the premium build quality of some higher-priced models, it offers a mid-for-the-road performance and a range of useful features.Pros:Compact and Lightweight: Its small size and lightweight design make it easy to carry and use. The metal case is a nice touch too.Easy to understand Functionality: Just attach it to the camera and let it do it's magic.Reliable Triggering: The flash triggers reliably and consistently, even at faster shutter speeds.Affordable Price: The price point is reasonable for the features and performance it offers.Cons:Build Quality: The plastic construction feels less durable compared to some other models.Dim Indicator Light: The power/charge light is difficult to see, making it challenging to monitor the battery status. Not very bright: The light doesn't illuminate a big area, so if you are using it for small object, it is fine, but not so much for human faces or bigger objects.Limited Battery Life: While the battery life is decent, it may not be sufficient for extended photo sessions.Overall, it is a solid choice for budget-conscious photographers seeking a reliable and versatile flash. It offers good performance and a range of features, but it may not be the best option for those who prioritize price and photograph bigger items (like parties).

UPDATE: After ~1 month of very light use the flash will no longer flash or turn on. When I plug it in the charge light comes on, indicating it has a full charge, but that's it. Very disappointed with it now. Also, when it did work, the battery didn't last as long as the Reflx labs flash, which they replaced no immediately.I think this would be better priced at $25 and maybe it will be once there is more competition in this micro flash space. It's very compact, smaller than the Reflx Labs Mini flash and lighter, but that's due to its plastic build, whereas the Reflx Lab feels more robust being entirely aluminum. I much prefer the build and controls of the Reflx flash, but after only a month of use, it has started to trigger with my cameras once for every four pictures. The F1S has one button which you can accidentally turn on/off while placing the flash on the hotshoe. The power/charge light is directly beside this button and is incredibly dim and difficult to see unless you're almost perfectly perpendicular to it. The Medalight is smaller and claims to have a bigger battery; I'll update this review when I test that. It connects to the hot shoe and triggers perfectly, so far, from 1/320 down whereas the Reflx Lab can only handle 1/250 to 1/50. It's 6200k color temp and claims a GN5, same as the Reflx Lab, but is more dim than the Reflx Lab. It could be more dim due to the extra diffusion on the light, which gives a softer look that I prefer. I wouldn't be surprised if the internal components are identical between the two. I love how small it is and it's functionality, (so far), and ease of use but wish it had an on/off switch, metal housing, and more visible indicator light. All in all of this proves to be reliable, unlike the Reflx, I'll consider it a good value for money at my $38 spent.

The MEDALight F1s Mini Camera Flash is a compact yet powerful accessory that delivers impressive lighting performance for both amateur and professional photographers. Despite its small size, it provides consistent and bright flashes, making it perfect for on-the-go shooting or when you need extra light without bulky equipment. The build quality is solid, and it’s easy to use, with adjustable settings for customized lighting. Its portability and reliable output make it an excellent choice for photographers looking for an affordable, versatile flash. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a portable flash with great performance.

Will not turn on at all....It's for a hot shoe so shouldn't need to charge. Didn't come with any instructions...

It says Fuji so I expected it to reasonably fit on my standard hot shoe for my XT1 however it got stuck. I’m trying to take it off, it broke because of its low quality plastic shoe. It’s just not worth the price tag. It’s really unfortunate because I really wanted to like this. PLEASE update the product with a metal hot shoe. It has so much potential, but for now I’m just going to return it.

I was looking for a mini flash to turn my zv1 into a pocketable flash photo camera. I couldn’t find a smaller one and was worried it might be too big. Turns out it’s perfect. My camera is still very pocketable. Especially in hoodie or jacket pockets

Works great and think it's a good option for some of the new cameras with no built in flash, like Lumix S9 and fujifilm X‐M5.
