Another common symptom of needing one of these is that fuel can be pumped from tank to tank - in other words if your front tank is empty and no longer works and you fill your back tank to drive, you may discover one day that the front tank has magically filled. This part will solve that problem

This "Fuel gas tank reservoir switching valve" has a very very low quality o-ring in the reservoir that does not seal. I've had to reinstall the factory reservoir. Don't buy this product.

I installed it with lots of other new items, but my truck won't start, than I reinstall the old one and the truck starts immediately, absolutely not recommended.Now I'm out 5 days from the return time, so my money gone.

After about a year on my 1988 F-150, the O-ring had dissolved. Sprayed gas all over. Fire hazard!!!!

Tried to contact seller no response. Mechanic found this to be a cheap product. Valves do no work properly, figured that out when I lost gas from the front tank returning the gas to the rear tank and leaking all over the freeway.
