Works great, however this one was wired incorrectly or my orientation as to which button should be the "up" and which should should be "down" is wrong. Easy fix, 2 min with a soldering iron to swap two wires (probably voided whatever warranty) and it's now correct. I don't know if the fact that is is a no name brand generic item that is sold for use with many different lift chairs is why it was backwards or not, but it was easier to fix than to return/replace and probably still have the same issue.

Perfect! I broke my wrist and was having issues reaching the buttons on the side of the recliner. They work perfectly with our recliners and were so easy to install. I recommend this product.

My massage table also has 6 pin connector. So I bought this instead the expensive foot paddle. It works.

Works great. Lighter in weight than the one that came with the chair. My disabled husband can operate it better because it is not so cumbersome.

My remote from my Drive chair broke and I was going to order the more expensive remote to replace it, but thought I would give this one a try instead. Easy to install. I'm 75, did it myself and it works great. Saved myself a lot of money.

Works perfectly on a Pride lift chair. On this hand control, the top, up-button, causes the foot rest to rise up. Some say the buttons are backwards, guess it's all in how you think about it.

Took no more than two minutes to install in a 10+ year old chair. Excellent build and looks better than the original.I did not notice it but it really doesn't matter if the buttons are reversed. When you are sitting in the chair and wish to recline or raise and the button you press doesn't do what you want, you would press the other button. What is the big deal? There are only two big buttons here.I priced out the replacement remote from Pride. $90! I am sure, like any other great American company, they buy the item from China and slap their name on it. I have added the picture of the board inside the remote. Hope it helps the next buyer. I would hate to see them waste their money on scammers of so called "Made in America" products.
