I work with people that have different types of disability. When they would yell or say I'm angry I would give them the punching bag and it helps them to calm down. The only thing I don't like is the suction doesn't hold long enough

I was excited about this item but after a child hit it a few times the material (top part of the suction) near the spring began to tear and then completely came apart so the item can no longer be played with after one use. Disappointing.

I bought this for my family white elephant and it had everyone in stitches. It is easy to pump up, carry and stick on the surface you wish. Absolutely love it.

I like it; it's actually pretty fun to hit. That being said, they shouldn't have bothered including that POS air pump, it broke before I finished using it for the first time.

Fun! You have to keep pushing it down because it loses suction over time but quite firmly attached for several minutes at a time. Easy to put together and comes with a pump so you can add a bit more air as it needs it.

It occasionally gets frustrating working in customer services, and this has come in useful for myself and several colleagues to work through some anxiety! You need to check that it's well secured before giving it a wallop though - the base does come unstuck after a while. But it's great fun, and actually quite a good arm workout!
