Exact fit and FelPro quality, 100x better then the oem ford gasket that dry out and cause oil to sling on the crank pulleyand end up burning off on the exhaust pipes near the catalytic converter.

Well made. A bit tricky to install because the oil pan cannot be removed unless you pull the engine. I raised the engine a few inches, dropped the oil pan, removed the old gasket, cleaned the surfaces, threaded in the new gasket (getting it under and around the oil pump is the hard part), and bolted it back up.
