Packaging was a disaster. Product looks as described. VERY lightweight. Less than expected. The covering was not aligned at top to place top notched portion but I made it worked. Overall I am pleased. Easy to put together. Sturdy.

I just love my Ophelia! Yes I named my baby girl!!!! I was on the fence with which mannequin to buy and decided on this one as it is priced great and the option for adjusting the height is so helpful and a bonus! I can make her short or taller when needed based on the item displayed! It was exactly what I was looking for! The quality is absolutely worth the money! She is super sturdy! She fits all my size small clothing as well as my medium sized clothing! She is a bit small for large and XL sizes however I use a pin to hold up those sizes easily as the body is pinable! She has made a world of difference in showing items for sale! I honestly think she has been an asset in closing sales! Just buy one and you won’t be disappointed! 👍🏼👍🏼

We got this for our granddaughter for her birthday and it was everything we hope for! The setup was completely self-explanatory and she has used it multiple times now!

Very sturdy, great size, adjustable height is a huge plus. I purchased the brown model not realizing the outside is covered in a burlaptype material. I put a navy blue crocheted top on it, and then spent a hour with a lint brush trying to get the fibers off before I could deliver the top to my customer.

Very easy to assemble, super light. The size is more like a medium in women's clothing so my small and xs were a little tight trying to pull over, but it works. I didn't realize it's a little shorter than I wanted but that's ok. Tight fitting dresses might look awkward at the bottom once it goes passed the bodice. Very happy with product and price.
