EASY TO USE
STEP1
First use wire strippers to peel off the wire skin.
STEP2
Then put the ferrule on the stripped wire.
STEP3
Then use SRXECT's crimping pliers to crimp the casing to the appropriate size.
STEP4
Crimping completed.

First strip the wire and thread it into the ferrule.

Open the crimper and adjust the jaws to fit the size of the ferrule.

Put the ferrule into the position of the jaw, hold the crimper with one hand, and hit it with a hammer with the other hand.
Tips：After tapping a position, move the ferrule and strike until the ferrule becomes a square.
Knock vertically, pay attention to hand safety when knocking!

When the ferrule turns into a square, it is completed, and it can be placed on the heat shrinkable tube as needed.
Tips：According to the needs, decide whether the ferrule needs to be crimped, because the shape changes after crimping, and the ferrule cannot be inserted in some places.

Great field kit assortment. Don’t worry about not having a ferrule crimper for the large sizes thicker than 6Ga. I find it works well with fine strand battery/welding cable to slide it over the strands, and let the screw terminal compress it to a shape which fits the internal geometry of the terminal cavity. Use a torque wrench to make sure you don’t strip the terminal screw & then you are good to go. Supplied crimper & ferrules fitting it are easy to use & high quality connectors.

Over the years I have installed moderate to large stereos in almost all my vehicles. Ferrules are a fantastic product needed for a professional installation. The price of this kit was great and all sizes I needed fit as they should. Every time I need a ferrule I know this kit works very well to make my jobs top quality. Definitely worth the money and would buy again when needed.

This is a nice set of ferrule.Good size selection.Good quality and great value!Recommended!PS: I had the most success in using Quadrilateral Self-adjustable Ratchet Crimper Tool rather than the plyer models with 3 teeth and holes.

The crimper works good. The complaint comes from the ferrules included. The small ones seem to break easy, even with out super tightening the screws. If you have to move it, say you wired it up before installation, the movement form moving the wires in place is enough to break them. Also what was super inconvenient, the bigger ones don't fit in the crimper.
