I bought this thinking it would be a nice to have for my mother’s documents as she recently passed. The “box” itself is not as sturdy as I thought it would be and feels sticky to the touch (guessing that’s the fire retardant???). But the zipper is very hard to move around when hanging files are in the box.I did have to work on it a bit to pull the zipper around a few times but eventually got it to work. The next time I went to unzip the box, I saw that one of the zippers was broken and “off its track”. I should have just opted for a non fire retardant sturdy file box that wouldn’t have cost as much.

We needed something to keep important documents in such as taxes, pay stubs, birth certificates, social security cards, etc that was fire proof and this product is amazing! Very light to pick up if needed to transport. It is a great size it can fit right into your closet. It is very sturdy and easy to use!

We like this filebox! I like that it has straps to carry it easily. It does not come with file folders just the white tabs. Credit cards can fall out of the credit card holder area so they could get loose if there's not enough to make it taught.
