.020 runout most collets.Completely unusable in a machine shop

Seriously these collets are junk. After unwrapping them I looked at them and the slots were not ground all the way through and the ones that work around all the way through work ground so roughly that there were burrs left between the slots. They don't close up concentrically. Anybody that claims that these things will hold a tolerance should go buy a lottery ticket!
