I measured the space we have perfectly, it’s 300 cubic feet and this heater will not reach high enough temps within the 1 hour that it stays on. The warmest it’s gotten is 120°. Very disappointing.

For starters, the unit had poor instructions, and there were parts that were not even described in the install instructions.But the worst aspect of this product is that the timer is totally non-intuitive and confuses everyone at our retreat center. Rather than turning the time or more to the right to get additional time. If you turn it beyond one on the dial from 1 to 10. It engages a delay timer. For example, if you turn the dial from 0 to 5, you’ll actually have to wait four hours until the heater turns on when it gets to one. If you turn it all the way up thinking you’re getting maximum time on the timer and it’s at 10 you’ll actually have to wait nine hours until it turns on when it hits one. So everyone that uses it now has to be instructed to only turn it to one on the dial of 10 or else they’ll be waiting for hours for it to engage.Very poor non-intuitive design.

This sauna heater arrived in perfect condition with a box of stones. Delivery was quick and the package was in good shape. No damage to the unit. So far so good. The heater looks very solid, high quality, very prompt customer service. My contact experience with the seller Accurate Sauna Steam I believe, was positive and helpful. There was a lack of supply for the red colored unit and they called in advance to let me know that they would send a stainless unit right away or I could wait for a back ordered unit. Color didnt matter to me and I recieved the unit 3 days later. Very nice unit, great service communication (email and a call from a human).I will post again when it is installed and tested.

I like that it seems more solid/nicer appearance than my old SaunaCore. Just installed it 1 hour ago. This unit also has a terminal post, which is nice to secure your power source to instead of pigtails. Get a buddy to help hold it in place while you figure out the details. 10-2 would be fine if you buy the unit with built in controls and without light, which negates the need for a neutral wire. Get plenty of goop or silicone caulk to seal up any connections leading into your wall or towards the heater if you plan on water around it.The Finns know how to build an electric sauna stove it seems 👍🏾
