Disappointed. When using them, they unscrew and then you’re stuck with it being unsteady until it cools down. Dangerous.

I really like how well made the tools are and the quality of the tools. The base is nice and heavy enough to not move around when taking or replacing a tool. I would recommend getting this fireplace tool set.

Nice looking set. Brush is a bit useless as it dosn't sweep well. The tongs are more a kids toy as they've used them more than I have. I do like the poker, shovel and stand but the other 2 pieces are gimmicky.

The four pieces are shorter than my previous set but I find them easier to use especially when moving logs around. The pieces feel solid and assembly was minimal (under a minute). I can understand why so many other reviewers gave 5 stars.

We needed some tools for our wood burning fireplace but I didnt want something big and bulky. This fits perfect in our space and took maybe 2 minutes to get it set up. We haven't actually used it but it feels very sturdy. Im happy with this purchase!
