We purchased these for a few trips we were going on over the past couple of years. We did not use them a lot, just during our trips so a total of 6 to 8 weeks total over two years, before pieces started falling off the poles. They travel great and, it allowed us to fish at a few vacation spots, for the price they are great but they don’t last long.

I like the concept for a backpacking trip. They are lightweight and concealable. Unfortunately they are Cheaply made. One of the Rods broke after the first use. Would not recommend.

I keep one of these in the saddle bags of my motorcycle now. Really well built, and the reals it comes with have no buisiness being as well built as they are. Definitely worth it

Got then for my 9yo nephew (in Thailand) to teach him how to fish on my vacation. He was absolutely thrilled. I used one of them 2 times without catching anything. I've since got videos of him catching impressive sized fish since I came back home. Good first fishing gear for young kids.
