Makes rotary trimming fabric pieces so much easier. Rotate the mat instead of the fabric to maintain accurate cuts.

It doesn’t rotate quite as well as my more expensive one, but it still rotates easily and makes quilting and rotated cuts so much easier (and at a much more palatable price)!It’s always nice to have a smaller cutting mat by our machines so we can cut and piece individual blocks by the machine, especially HST that require quick cuts and rotations, then a press and right to the machine. The usable size isn’t actually 14”, as the image will show, but the nice thing is that we get a full “12”x12” marked and gridded area to use, whereas other “12 inch” mats aren’t really a full 12x12 at all. You can use the full size, but the ruled marks only cover 12x12”. You really don’t need more than that, for the small piecing being done on a rotating mat.Fiskars offers affordable options and when the quality is there, I grab it. Their cutting mats are nice and they don’t break the bank. I also have their big 24” x 36” mat and it’s worked great for years. I really love using my CG Corner Clipper (or the XL version) ruler with this mat, I use it nearly every sewing session where I’m cutting and piecing.

This rotating mat really helps when cutting blocks you don't move the block you just turn the cutting mat, and cut your block again a awesome tool to have for us quilters .

Gerade für Patchworkarbeiten erleichtert die drehbare Schneidematte das genaue Zuschneiden von Stoffe mit Schablonen. Dabei wird der Stoff nicht verschoben und ich muss mich nicht verrenken.

Makes cutting small pieces very easy and accurate, very useful if you're working on patchwork or quilting or any craft involving cutting in different angles or directions since this mat can be turned or rotated instead of moving the fabric or you moving around to cut the angles or direction....i hope you get what im trying to say...any doubts plz feel free to ask
