COSPOF CERAMIC FLAP DISCS
The flap discs ensure, during the whole process, a continuous exposure of new abrasive grain and high, uniform cutting performances.
Cospof’s fiber discs are made of abrasive grain combined to a layer of vulcanized fiber with a circular or cross centre hole.
Thanks to their extraordinary versatility, Cospof’s flap discs can be used in a large number of industries such as metalworking, shipbuilding, machinery and equipment for chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.
FLAP DISCS SPECIFICATIONS
Flaps in ceramic cloth X-weight backing arranged individually. This disc is only available in conical version.
Ceramic grain features higt sanding efficiency and longer service life.
T29 angel type well matchs with diverse universal sanders.
WEAR PATTERN OF THE GRAIN
The microcrystalline structure enables a much more subtle breaking down of the grain and constantly produces new sharp edges.

Idk if it's due to fact I got 120grit instead of 60 or 80grit, but these were terrible using to grind wood, hardwood & softwood both glazed over almost immediately!!! I researched ceramic discs online first & each article said ceramic discs worked great for wood. However not true when I used these. I wonder if they would have worked better if I'd ordered a lower/courser grit instead(40,60,80)?? Maybe I'll try reordering again but idk if I wanna try these again at that price point. Not happy with performance of these for what I needed them for. Well constructed discs though from what I can tell besides immediately glazing when using on wood.

Been using these for body work and small tasks. They perform very well and the discs last a long time. They cut through layers of old paint and rust with no trouble. Also work well on wood and heavy plastic. Extremely versatile. Highly recommend this product.
