These bars are of good quality. They come in soft, Medium and Firm. I had a wrist injury, these helped me regain my grip strengthening.

These have helped with home hand therapy after bicycle accident shattered his hand. Bright colors, good instructions on how to advance. I think there is an online video that helps too.

My mother was using these in a rehab facility following a long hospital stay. I ordered them for her to have at home for home health therapy when she got released. The nursing staff were so happy. They have helped her regain muscle mass and strength in her hands, arms and shoulders. She is a 75 yr old post stroke patient. Highly recommend.

After reading several reviews on similar products by other sellers on Amazon, to be honest I was leery of making this my purchase preference. But this product to be a real winner for me. It does not have all the negatives the other products did; hence, I highly recommend this product.

I had tennis elbow and used the red one as directed and within 2 weeks my elbow felt good enough to golf. After about 4 weeks, I moved up to the green one to strengthen the elbow. I don't think I will ever make it to the blue one, time will tell.

I ordered this item to have because I sprained my left wrist, pinky, thumb and wrist and this was one of the instruments my physical therapist had me using at my therapy sessions. I ordered my own so I could be thorough and diligent in my therapy to get my fingers fully healthy. I love it as it's easy and simple to use. I can see the results and the colors indicate the strength level so as you get stronger you go up in colors.
