All the components seem good, sturdy. However the box included the incorrect seat bottom. The height adjuster nor the seat back aligned with any of the predrilled holes. So the chair cannot be built. I sent a video to customer support for evaluation, waiting on a solution…

This tall drafting chair showed up in a rather compact box. Everything was packaged well and went together very easily. I spent about 30 minutes assembling it myself with no need for anything more than what came in the box.After assembling, I have used it for the majority of the day and have to say it is very comfortable. I'm using it with a standing desk to encourage myself to stand more without having to move the desk up and down when I'm sitting. This way, I can sit at the same height as I stand and take advantage of both.It seems like a good quality and comfortable chair that I'm excited to add to my home office.

This came in a box that was surprisingly small. It came with all of the parts ready to be assembled. The instructions were very easy to follow and it took me about 20 min to build. The screws are all numbered in sections so there's no guessing as to which one to use. Make note though that this is NOT a computer desk chair. It's a very tall chair to be used for drafting tables which are set higher than a standard table top. The seat at full extension is very high up. Overall, this is a quality chair. It's comfortable to be used all day. Good stuff!
