I had trouble with my original order of the Tiny6 amplifier. After talking to Jose at AVL Gear I was able to return the unit to the American dealer in New Hampshire. The dealer has since replaced the amp. It took some time to coordinate but AVL Gear folks perservered. I cannot say enough good things about their help!
