This fly fishing line works well, is priced fairly and is of an ultra high quality manufacture. Well worth the money, and underpriced in my opinion. The 4X is the finest that I have ever seen or personally used.

I needed new tippet line and came across this product. You get five different spools with five different weights, each on a nice spool with a rubber guard around the line to keep it tidy. Compact and easy to carry so you can adjust your tippet weight to the type of fishing. A nice product.

This is a great value for a tippet set. The fluoro line has a nice handling quality. The interlocking spools are really nice. The heavy duty silicone keeper bands do a great job of preventing unraveling, but are so tight that it is somewhat difficult to strip line off the spools. The tensile strength of this line is pretty average, and about 20% less than some top dollar brands.......so if you are fishing tiny flies with 6 or 7X tippet, this may be an issue. For a person just starting fly fishing, and not wanting to break the bank, this set would be an excellent choice.

This tippet material is good quality with the ability to tie solid knots. The line lays out nicely on a cast and sinks quickly, which is great when fishing nymphs (which is my favorite way to fish for trout).What really stands out is the convenient way the line is stored. The spools are clearly marked with diameter and test strength. There is a handy silicone ring that snaps on the edge of the spool to keep the line safely on the spool without unraveling. The spools nest within each other, as well, so it is easy to keep them together in a vest pocket.Overall a great product.

I've had other brands of tippet that always seem to break off or that always seem to have too much line memory. The stuff felt great to use and I didn't notice it breaking off any more than good quality tippet.
