Great kit for the price. Everything you need to start tying flies. Would suggest buying some u.v. glue and light.

The kit is good since i am a beginner but just opening up the package and checking the equipment. One of the bobbin holder is broken when openning up the package.

I gave the this Fly Tying Starter Kit to a friend, and they loved it. The kit has everything needed to get started including 2 quality ceramic tip bobbins. Great purchase. My Second purchase was NINIFLY with the handy fly tying vise. The amazing part about the NINIFLY FLY TYING KIT is how fun it is to pass on this art on to our younger generation. It’s Country Cool 5 Stars.

I purchased this product as I have been wanting to give fly tying a shot for quite some time now, but I have always been intimidated when I go into a fly shop with everything they offer. This kit gives you a great starting spot to get you going. The only thing you'll need to get after buying this amazing kit it a vice/stand. The carrying case that everything comes in is very nice and can be taken on the go with you. I am very excited to start tying some flies and seeing where I go from here. If you are wondering about fly tying and don't know where to start, this kit is perfect for you! Thanks Ninnifly for creating an amazing product!!

My son recently began exploring fishing so I bought him this for his 19th birthday along with a vise. It's not easy these days to get a teenage boy off of electronics and excited about a new hobby, so I wasn't sure how he'd take to this. He LOVES it. The instructional videos are so helpful and easy to follow and in-line with keeping a teen's attention (anyone's attention for that matter). The kit is high quality and created with care and attention to introducing someone to fly tying. The next kit will be for my 11yo... he's now interested too. I'm hoping this will open some doors to new family adventures.

The kit is as described. The thread is a little fragile and breaks every now and then when I put too much tension on it. I haven’t had any problems with any of the other materials.
