You haven't used a foam roller until you tried this one. This works well to pinpoint pressure spots during a massage. This is ideal for rolling out your back after a big deadlifting workout or removing knots from your calves caused by too many calf raises. I can't express the sensation other than "hurts so good"; if you stretch after a workout, you'll understand what I mean. Life is changing. If you are constantly sore after a hard workout, this is the foam roller for you!I'll tell you that it hurts more than the other flatter foam fitness rollers, but it's worth it. It's also the ideal size if you are short on storage space, as it's shorter than most foam rollers. The strong hollow core allows you to roll without sinking into the foam roller, and it also functions as a yoga mat holder.

I have a lot of orthopedic issues and was looking forward to putting this to good use. I will say it's lovely to have the little nubs to put on problem areas to give some acupressure and a little something extra. The neck roller is something you can't get a lot of traction on, it's very short and of course manual so you have to push it with your hands to get any pressure which if you have carpal tunnel issues like I do changes a relaxing experience into a transference of pain to my hands and wrists.

I got this because every time I have neck pain, I just want something that can really dig into those tight spots, and this works great! The two raised sections do a great job of hitting the right areas and releasing tension. The pressure is firm but not too intense, so it’s comfortable to use. It’s lightweight and made of simple plastic, but it definitely gets the job done!

This does help my back. The "thumbs" get in the way more than they help. They prevent this from rolling which makes it difficult to det in the correct position.

Similar to a foam roller, but perfect for neck/suboccipitals. Has 3 options for pressure points. Easy to use. Good size and stores easily. Great for neck pain from muscle tension.

Simply put, this thing is amazing!I have a fairly extensive collection of foam rollers, so I felt a little silly ordering another one, but I am SO glad I did!I carry a LOT of tension in my neck and shoulders and that area frequently feels tight and stiff. The beauty of this little roller is the nubs. The roller is the perfect size for the neck area and the various nubs are perfect for digging right into those tight, tender spots. I used the roller for several minutes getting into all of those “hurt so good” tender places. My neck felt much less tense afterwards, so this is definitely going to become part of my foam rolling routine!I highly recommend this roller for anyone who carries extra tension in their neck and/or shoulders. You won’t regret it!

I am a big fan of foam rollers, massagers, and other things to work stiff/sore muscles and this is no different. I have limited neck mobility due injury and have been trying to do daily stretches and other exercises to improve range of motion. This is helping quite a bit, not only does my neck not feel as sore after a couple weeks of using this, I am finding slightly improved mobility. The roller comes with instructions on how to use each part, I am partial to the less "pointy" ones as I like to get a general massage, but I do spend a bit of time with each as I lay on it.If you are looking for something to relieve neck pain then I vote you pick up one of these.

This one is hard for me to review. It’s certainly a budget product and I think that the price at time of posting (under $20 USD) reflects that. I don’t really know if this is really a great idea as a neck roller especially given that this is a very sensitive area that I’d be cautious about without professional supervision.I’m saying that because this is essentially just a plastic interior tube covered in hard EVA foam. And I want to stress that this is extremely firm foam. This might be what some people want as the bumps on the “roller” (as others have mentioned, it’s hard to call this a roller when it has large protrusions on it for pressure points, but I think the point is that you can rock (or roll) back over them) can be used much like a trigger point ball would be used, though maybe not for the neck.So it’s not a premium product, and I can’t speak for its longevity, but it is something you could lean into some of those trigger points and roll into it. So…it is what it is! Hope this helps.
