Our 1.8-density foam has a compression rate of 44 pounds and a 100 % recovery rate. That means affordable comfort with just the right amount of softness and support.

Whether you are looking for a thick or thin quality foam material, we've got you covered with our custom cuts and large variety. Make sure you measure twice, order once! The measurements you should record are the length, width, and height of your cover from seam to seam. If you need help determining the correct size, we will be happy to assist you!

Our foam is ideal for couch cushion filling, stuffing for crafts, outdoor cushion inserts, chairs, pillows, ottomans, stools, and DIY headboards. They're also great to use in your RV and camper or as a cushion foam for boat seats, car seats, golf cart seats, workout benches, cots, and window seats. If you need to transport fragile items, place a foam sheet in a carry case for extra cushioning to prevent breakage.

Your package may come vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Once you receive your cushion and upholstery foam, use a pen or a pencil to make a small incision and break the seal. Do not use a box cutter. The foam should be fully expanded within 72 hours.

I purchased this foam to make to bench cushions for my son’s bay window area in his new home. This foam is excellent to make bench cushions. It is sturdy but yet soft enough to sit on. It holds its shape well and is easy to cut to the size you need with my electric knife.

We got this foam to use as a mattress in the back of a camper van. We ordered a larger portion of foam from another company for the main part of the bed, but we needed a smaller (18 in) piece of foam for times when we want the bed to be bigger. This came in a deceivingly small box with the foam compressed nearly flat. We weren’t sure it would expand to the 6” or be anywhere near the same firmness level as the other, but we left it overnight and were pleasantly surprised. It did expand to 6 inches. It’s firm, but it’s actually got just enough softness to make it more comfortable to sleep on than our main mattress. This little additional piece of foam, has turned out to be my favorite piece of the bed lol. Firm enough to hold up for quite a few uses, but soft enough to allow comfort.

this foam was perfect for our project! we didn’t need to cut it, but i’m sure you could if necessary. make sure to let it sit out for a while so the foam expands back to its normal size. i used it for the back cushion against the wall (not the bench cushion) it’s the perfect thickness for its purpose. it’s been a few months and we haven’t had any problems with it!
