I purchased this backpack as a Christmas gift for my son in December 2023. By the middle of January both straps broke.

I have not had any problems with this backpack. The zippers work fine. There's plenty of room on the inside. And the front pocket has a lot of room as well. There's two spots on the side which can hold items as well. This is a great backpack for the value
