I plan to use it as a shower stool in a guest bathroom and I’m sure it will be satisfactory. My only complaint is its height; a couple more inches would be nice. Overall it’s a well made piece of furniture with a nice finish.

Purchased bench for our portable sauna and it works great for what we need. I would recommend it for people under 250lbs.

I bought this for my sit down sauna. Very sturdy. It holds my weight. I keep forgetting how to open it though.

fine as a side table fir a book but broke 2nd time it was used as a shiwer chair. coukd not hold 100 pounds

The dimensions are listed and it is true to what is advertised. Just be careful - it is very small. Very nice, though. I thought I would take a chance on it, but in the shower, I realized, without any handlebars, I would have a difficult time sitting down and getting back up. So I got a plastic shower seat. I was hopeful that a bamboo seat would be less susceptible to mold and shower filth than a plastic seat. So I gave it a try. I will try it when I have to clip my toenails.

This is cute but DO NOT use in the shower. Let me give a few facts first.I used this as a stool for my foot when I shaved, I always dried it off and stored outside of the shower when I wasn’t using it to shave my legs.I weigh 120 pounds, and I only sat on it once when I first got it but it makes lil indents in your butt and I didn’t dig that.When not used in the shower, I placed our tiny trash can on it to keep our trash goblin dog from eating trash.I received this on April 9th 2023 and today, may 6th 2023, it collapsed while I was shaving my legs. I don’t know how I got so lucky with my foot placement but I narrowly avoided all these tiny sharp nails that keep it in place.If you do buy this, please don’t use it in the shower. Because you might get nailed in the butt or foot a month after purchasing it. Not my idea of a fun night. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.
