I like using this at work and it does help my lower back and posture.

I used it and was not what I expected. Using it is not comfortable and I prefer something that does not roll

I do have small feet so I don't know if it would be big enough for larger people, but it's the exact right size to fit me and only take up a small footprint under my desk. I still use my stationary foam and fabric version of an under desk platform more in the evening, but in general I like using this one better. I tend to be a little fidgety early in the day and the rocker action lets my legs and feet burn off that extra energy.

When I was a kid we had a desk made out of an old sewing machine table and i could rock my feet back and forth on it- it helped me so much. This is a similar concept plus it has a little rolling foot massager on it. If you or if you have a kid that has a hard time sitting still this is a good, inexpensive and portable option

I sit at computer desk for long periods (like real long), whatever support I used in past, it didn't help. This is a well-designed product, helps with footrest, blood flow, foot exercise. Uneven design of this product is what makes it better, because there isn't a definite pattern, it's even better for my feet. One thing to know that my desk is on carpet, so footrest slipping cannot happen, but this has pads too, so it won't slip on hard floors also.Definitely recommend, good value for money.
