The product stopped working properly days after installation and started cracking and chipping around the edges simply from being taken out of a protective cover

Here locally a screen replacement is over $100. This screen is very easy to install and it was shipped very quickly. All the tools are included in the package. You even get a screen protector. To replace the screen. Just search online for a screen replacement video for your phone model. Keep track of the screws you remove. They are different sizes and you need to keep track were each one goes. The screw drivers included are very similar to each other. Make sure you are using the correct one for the screw you are removing. You can strip the heads if you use the wrong one. Install time is about 20 minutes. The color of the screen is excellent and the touch screen works as it should. I recommend these screens to everyone i know.

I feel like you get what you paid for. I installed this about a week or two ago and the protective screen has already started to chip around the edges and has a few very thin cracks although I hardly ever handle my phone. My screen also froze and I thought I would have to request a refund but I restarted my phone and it continued to work. Not very sensitive to touch but atleast I fixed my phone for $50 instead of $150

I repair phones all the time and these are really good screens. I've never had a customer complaint. The touch is phenomenal and it detects the slightest touch, the 3D touch works and you're able to transfer your touch tone data from the old screen to the new one without issues. The colors are really vibrant and from what I can tell very accurate. I have had a few that didn't work but that is to be expected with any product.
